In order for Arsenal Fishing to be the most efficient in returning all customer comments and questions we ask you to first review our Frequently Asked Questions section below to help expedite answers to your requests. If you cannot find the information you are looking for please contact us and we will do our best to respond within 24-48 hours.

Our return policy depends on the products you have ordered. Please look below for specific details. Unfortunately for all returns we cannot offer return shipping labels.

For Warranty exchanges, we can offer a return shipping label only if you meet the requirements of the warranty program, or have authorization from an Arsenal Fishing staff member. Please ship via USPS or UPS for the cheapest return possible.

Apparel & Headwear: All clothing and headwear orders have a (14) day return policy. Clothing and headwear must be unworn, and in brand new condition to be accepted back for refund. Refunds will be accepted for clothing up to (14) days, but will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. We have the right to deny and return any refunds due to abuse or used products after inspection.

Soft Plastics: All soft plastic fishing baits/lures have a (14) day return policy. Lures must be unused, in their original packaging in the quality it was shipped and received. The full quantity must be present for refund to be accepted. Refunds will be accepted for soft plastic fishing baits up to (30) days, but will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. We have the right to deny and return any products to rightful owner due to abuse or used products after inspection.

Custom Jersey Manufacturing: No refunds will be accepted for any custom jersey manufacturing. All orders will be confirmed by customer via a digital approval before production. Once order is sent to production facility and delivered to you – you are responsible for the details and approval of your order. It is also recommended to purchase a physical sample to insure quality of material, size/fitting and quality of design is acceptable. Performance jerseys are a personal and/or business investment, be conscience about your ordering.

Tungsten Weights & Jigs: All tungsten weights and jigs have a (14) day return policy. Weights must be unused, in their original packaging in the quality it was shipped and received. The full quantity must be present for refund to be accepted. Refunds will be accepted for tungsten fishing weights up to (30) days, but will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. We have the right to deny and return any products to rightful owner due to abuse or used products after inspection.

Weigh Bags: All Performance Tournament Weigh Bags have a (14) day return policy. Weight Bags must be unused, in the quality it was shipped and received. Refunds will be accepted for Performance Weigh Bags up to (30) days, but will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. We have the right to deny and return any products to rightful owner due to abuse or used products after inspection.

Weigh Bag 1-Year Warranty: Arsenal Fishing offers a 1-Year warranty on all Performance Weigh Bags. The warranty is put into effect at the time/date of your purchase. This warranty includes, but not limited too: rips, tears, leaks, broken seams, hardware malfunction, shoulder strap/handle defects and zipper issues.

For warranty evaluation your product MUST be returned directly to our shipping address. Unfortunately we cannot grant a new exchange without accepting the physical product for inspection and repair.

For warranty repairs and/or exchanges shipping charges back to Arsenal Fishing must be covered by the customer. If deemed an appropriate exchange, Arsenal will cover return shipping charges back to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Leaking from the top zipper does not constitute “leaking.” The zipper is NOT waterproof, and is there to secure your fish inside the bag, not hold water. Water will leak through the zipper if you lay the bag on the ground or on its side. Remember to hold your bag upright to insure you do not have any loss of water.

All orders will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Flat-Rate Priority or Priority. This enables all customers the fastest domestic shipping at an affordable and competitive price. We also offer the option to select Express Overnight or Local Delivery. All orders will ship in the order they are received. All order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order unless noted due to holidays, weather conditions, or vacation.

We no longer offer ‘local pick-up’  due to the amount of customers that abused this option to get “free shipping”  when they were outside of the local pick-up radius. If you are local within a 65 mile radius from our home base, please contact us through email and request a local pick-up for your order before you submit your final order.

Currently our shopping cart is powered by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with any credit card as a guest through the PayPal portal through our invoicing and ordering system.

After the ordering process is completed you will receive an invoice from PayPal confirming your order, and potential delivery date. There is a possibility that tracking information will be provided with this email. If it is not, you can contact customer service to redeem tracking information for any order.

The Arsenal Fishing shopping cart is merely a digital catalog linked to PayPal. PayPal is one of the most trusted and used online payment applications on the world wide web and is extremely secure and protected. Rest assure – your sensitive data is safe and secure from theft. We use SSL security to protect the website from malicious attacks and secure your credit card information.

After the ordering process is completed you will receive an invoice from PayPal confirming your order, and potential delivery date. There is a possibility that tracking information will be provided with this email. If it is not, you can sign into your personal Arsenal Fishing account to track your order. If you have issues beyond that please contact customer service to redeem tracking information.

Your invoice should automatically be sent to the email address in which you placed through PayPal. You also have the option to print a copy yourself during the checkout process in our shopping cart. If you did not receive an invoice, please feel free to email customer service at info@arsenalfishing.com and request a sales receipt.

Arsenal Fishing products are sourced from all parts of the globe. Each product is marked by the country of origin on it’s personal packaging. Currently a small portion of our soft plastics are poured in house in Minnesota, USA while the other portion is manufactured and poured in China, Italy and Japan. Our lead jigs are produced and assembled in Minnesota, with some components from China. Our affordable and competitive tungsten weights are manufactured and packaged in China in order to give you the lowest possible rates. All apparel and sun protection gear are created in either the Philippines, China, Italy or the United States. The design process is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Currently we are accepting all angler applications and resumes for pro staff and field staff opportunities. We are looking for determined, energized anglers that are dedicated to becoming professional bass enthusiasts. Anglers with a strong sales and marketing background are preferred and are prioritized. Having a 2-4 year college degree is also another way to help push the priority of your application. This is not required but recommended. Our time is valuable, as much as yours. Please refrain from sending in applications/resumes/media packets to Arsenal Fishing if you already have a current Tungsten or Accessory Sponsor.

The name Arsenal originated from two different concepts. I first thought of using the name to brand a business when I was in my late teens. Our family business has been in military manufacturing, in which our products were developed mainly for Picatinney Arsenal in Wharton, New Jersey. I had felt that the name itself had great marketing capabilities while linking me with my family’s past. On the back-end the name Arsenal is a perfect fit for any anglers vocabulary, considering anglers are always upgrading and building their own arsenal of tackle and fishing related products. Arsenal Fishing will be providing men, women, and children with an array of quality fishing products for decades to come!

Yes and no. First off – all fishing products have some level of danger being that hooks, weights, rods, scissors, knifes, line, and small parts are used very frequently in the activities of recreational or competitive fishing.

Tungsten Weight & Jig Disclaimers:

WARNING: These products may contain materials which are known to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm. Do not place product near your mouth. Wash your hands after using products. Jigs are offered with an extremely shard Mustad hook. Hooks can be dangerous and fatal. Please use extreme caution when handling and using any products that contain hook points or weights.

Smart Peg Systems:
WARNING: Choking Hazard > Product contains parts small enough for a child 3 years old or younger to swallow. Please keep out of reach of small children. Use caution when using wires that contain pegs as they can also become a hazard to skin and eyes.

Please use Arsenal Fishing products at your own discretion. Use at your own risk and always practice safe fishing techniques.

As any business; we thrive on customer service, efficiency and diligent turnaround on anything we do in our business. Our customers expect prompt shipments, our suppliers expect prompt payments – in turn – we expect our retailers, distributions and wholesalers to also respect the terms set forth on your invoices and contracts.

We institute a LATE FEE surcharge on all invoices that exceed 14 days past their due date. We understand as a business things fall through the cracks, you mismanage your calendars and scheduling – it happens. With that said – we offer a 14 day grace period in case you missed the train. After that grace period we must assess late-fee penalties to your account.

Every week after the 14 day grace period you will be subjected to $35 fee, up to 90 days. After 90 days we will force your invoice to a collection agency in order to recoup the missing financials.

Please note, any invoices that move to collections will have a great impact on the health of your companies/or personal credit score. Please pay on time to avoid any credit disruptions or score losses.
