TO USE:
-Simply slide a Stealth Silicone Tube Shield on the nose of the Tube Plier.
-Compress the handles to expand the tube enough for your bait to slide through.
-Pull soft plastic through plier nose to desired location.
-With opposite hand pull silicone tube off the plier nose and onto the bait.
